IMPERIAL TOWERS Application Information

You can find here all information about applying for the rent as well as you can download the application form in Adobe PDF format. Our procedure is standard and does not differ from the other businesses.

If you are interested to apply, here is the checklist:

• Find out about room availability at our site or contacting the manager

• Download the Imperial Tower Application Form, print it out, complete in block letters,
  and sign

• Bring the signed Application Form in person to the rental office manager
  Prepare to pay the $30 application fee and first months pro rated rental fee. 
  
  If you are not able to come to the office you can fax your completed and signed Imperial Towers Application Form to +1 (814) 237-0165, please contact the manager to arrange the payments. The hard copy needs to be mailed with your deposits.
   

• Obtain, read, and sign the Residential Lease Agreement

• If your application is approved, the signing of the Residential Lease Agreement will occur in 10 (ten) days
  
  The following steps must be done in person
   

• Present signed Residential Lease Agreements and a copy of your Driver License or your Passport.

• Prepare to pay a SECURITY DEPOSIT, which equals to your one month's rental fee 30 days prior to your move in date.

• Your first month rent will be pro-rated for the number days which you actually occupy the apartment.  This will be the deposit to hold the apartment. Please see the example work sheet

Please consider these steps seriously, this would be your legally binding agreement to rent an apartment.

Sublets are handled as re-rentals and must be approved by the Rental Office.

Sublet or Re-Rental Fees
Finders Fee $200.00 (This is for rental office to find a new person)
Re-writing a lease and having new tenant sign $150.00
Cleaning Charges remain to current resident
Security Deposit must be paid by new resident
Any incentives given will need to be paid to rental office in advance.
Sublet rules will be attached to lease.
